Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shivranjani Gandhinagar (www.shivranjani.in), we deeply appreciate your support for Sugam Sangeet and Gujarati & Indian musical heritage. Please read our refund policy for donations and memberships carefully.
- Memberships
- Membership fees are treated as contributions to support our community and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting us; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the membership term.
- Donations
- All donations made to Shivranjani Gandhinagar are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is successfully processed through our payment gateway, we cannot offer refunds, as these funds are immediately allocated to our musical programs and organizational initiatives.
- Technical Errors: If an error occurs resulting in a duplicate deduction or a charge exceeding your intended donation amount, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction at shivranjani.vishvaranjani@gmail.com. We will investigate and initiate a refund for the excess amount within 5 to 7 business days.
